Land You Can Own. Farming You Can Stay Connected To.

Anugraha Farms develops managed farmland communities around Bangalore and Hosur for people who want to own agricultural land and stay connected to it beyond the purchase.

From choosing the land and developing essential farm development to plantations and option to ongoing farm management, our work is centred around making farmland ownership more practical for people living away from the land.

Our Story

It Started With a Simple Thought About Land

Anugraha Farms began with a simple idea — owning agricultural land should also give people a way to remain connected to the land they own.
For someone living and working in the city, buying land is only one part of the decision. Understanding the property, setting up the farm and taking care of it over the years are equally important.

That shaped the way we work today.
We develop farmland communities where people can own their individual piece of land, spend time outdoors, grow plantations and choose professional farm-management support when they need it.

As Anugraha has grown across different locations, the land and character of each place have remained central to how every project is approached.

WHAT WE DO

From Choosing the Land to Keeping the Farm Going

Our role does not begin with selling a plot or end when one is registered. There is work before and after that point.

We Choose the Land

Every location brings something different — its surroundings, agricultural character, access and potential for farming. We look at the land as a place people will actually own, visit and use.

We Develop the Farm

Depending on the project, development can include internal roads, water infrastructure, electricity, plot demarcation, fencing, plantations and shared spaces required for the farmland community.

You Own Your Land

Buyers choose an individual agricultural plot and go through the applicable documentation and registration process for that property.

We Help Keep the Farm Going

Where farm management is offered, owners can choose support for plantation care, irrigation, regular upkeep and other day-to-day farming activities.

OUR APPROACH

See the Land Before You Decide

Farmland is difficult to understand from a brochure alone.
That is why we encourage people to come to the property, walk through the land and see what is actually there.
Look at the available plots. Understand the surroundings. See the roads, water facilities, plantations and development that are already on ground. Speak with the team about the project and go through the relevant details before making your decision.

OUR JOURNEY

From One Beginning to Farmland Across Multiple Locations

Anugraha Farms Since -2015.
Since then, our work has expanded across farmland locations around Bangalore and Hosur, with each project bringing a different landscape, farming environment and community.
Today, our portfolio extends across locations including Thally, Denkanikottai, Berigai, Settipalli, Devarabetta, Choodasandiram and Kolagondanahalli.

OUR FARMLAND COMMUNITIES

OUR FARMLAND COMMUNITIES

A cooler agricultural setting in Thally does not feel the same as land surrounded by forested hills near Kanakapura. A farm near Hosur brings a different setting again.
We don’t try to make every project tell the same story.
Across our farmland communities, the location, existing landscape and agricultural character shape how the project is presented and experienced.

From open agricultural land and established plantations to hills, orchards and countryside, buyers can explore different settings before deciding what suits them.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

The Details Around the Land Matter Too

The Land Comes First

The location and existing character of the property matter. We work with what is already part of the place rather than trying to give every farm the same identity.

What You See Should Be Clear

What belongs to your individual plot, what is shared by the community and what is planned for the project should be communicated separately. Knowing the difference matters when buying land.

Ongoing Care for the Farm

Owning agricultural land comes with ongoing work. Plantation and farm-management support, where offered, give owners a practical way to keep their farm looked after when they cannot be there regularly.

Time to Understand the Land

A land purchase deserves more than a quick decision. Visiting the property, asking questions and going through the relevant details are part of the process.

The Best Way to Understand the Land Is to Walk on It.

Spend some time at one of our farmland communities. See the property, understand the surroundings, speak with our team and explore the available options before deciding what feels right for you.
